Private online yoga sessions designed to support your
nervous system, ease tension, and build sustainable strength.
Many of us are used to pushing through - exercising harder, trying the next technique, adding one more thing in the hope that it will help us feel better.
Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t.
At Easy Being, the approach is a bit different. Instead of adding more effort, we learn how to work with the body and nervous system in an easy, steadier way.
Over time, many notice something simple but powerful: a sense of calm, mental clarity, and the ability to return to this feeling again and again - even when life gets busy.
It begins by remembering how to take it easy.
Everyone’s body responds differently to stress, movement, and breath. What works well for one person might not work for another.
Working one-on-one allows us to pay attention to your body's unique feedback.
After the attunement session, we design a yoga practice around your needs - whether your focus is building strength, easing tension, moving more freely, learning how to self-regulate your nervous system, or all of the above.
You’ll also learn simple ways to support yourself in everyday life - small practices you can return to whenever you need them.
And because the sessions happen in your own space, at a time that works best for you, the practice can unfold with more ease and focus - guided by what supports your body best.

As a professional actress, I know firsthand how closely the mind and body are connected.
After going through a period of burnout that made it difficult to enjoy performing, I began exploring body-based practices that work directly with the nervous system.
What I discovered was simple but powerful: when our bodies feel safe and supported, real change becomes possible.
Today I guide people through calm, practical sessions that prioritise ease over force - helping you build sustainable strength, release tension, and develop simple ways to regulate yourself in everyday life.
Not at all. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have practiced before, everything is adapted to your body and your ideal pace.
A quiet space where you can move comfortably is the main thing. A yoga mat or thick carpet is strongly recommended so you have a supportive surface to work on. You’ll also need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera, as well as wireless or Bluetooth earphones so we can hear each other clearly during the session. Other than that, the practices are simple and don’t require any special equipment.
Each session includes a combination of yoga-based movement, breathwork, and simple awareness practices. The aim is to help your body release tension, build sustainable strength, and support your nervous system in a calm, practical way.
Flexibility isn’t required, and there’s no expectation to perform or achieve certain shapes. The focus is on learning how to move and breathe in ways that feel supportive for your body.
Yes. Because sessions are one-on-one, everything can be adjusted to suit your body and what you’d like to work on - whether that’s easing tension, building strength, improving mobility, or learning ways to regulate your nervous system.
Yes. Many people come to these sessions looking for ways to calm their nervous system and reconnect with their bodies. The practices are designed to help you feel more grounded, clear-minded, and supported in everyday life.
