Yoga for You is a private online yoga experience shaped around you - not a fixed class plan. It offers a quieter, more personal way to practise when regular classes feel too fast, too general, or not quite responsive enough to your body’s needs.
Rather than following a set method, sessions draw from a range of approaches - including yoga, breathwork, functional movement, body awareness, nervous-system-informed guidance, and somatic practices - depending on what is most useful for you.
We begin with a 90-minute Attunement Session to understand your body, your needs, and your current capacity before curating a plan for ongoing support.
In a group class, you often have to adapt yourself to the session.
In Yoga for You, the session adapts to you.
One-on-one work allows us to pay attention to your body’s feedback, your energy levels, your goals, and the way stress or tension shows up for you.
After the Attunement Session, we shape your practice around what you need most. That may include building strength, easing tension, moving more freely, learning to regulate your nervous system, or developing a rhythm of practice that feels realistic in daily life.
Start with
an Attunement Session
During this 90-minute session, we will enjoy a conversation as well as a practice. You’ll be guided through an introductory yoga and breathwork sequence, this way we can get a clear idea of how you currently feel and move.
Receive personalised feedback
After your Attunement Session, Elani will share feedback from the session, along with suggestions for ongoing support, pacing, and the most useful next steps.
Continue with your practice
If continuing feels like the right fit, you can choose a session package for ongoing 60-minute sessions.

As a performing artist and body-based facilitator, I’ve experienced how closely my mind, body, breath, and nervous system are connected.
After moving through a period of burnout, I began exploring practices that work directly with the body - not as a quick fix, but as a steady way of rebuilding connection, capacity, and trust.
Today I guide people through calm, practical sessions that prioritise ease, awareness, and steady support.
My work brings together yoga, breathwork, TRE®, and nervous-system-informed support to help you build a practice that feels useful in real life.
No. Yoga for You is suitable for beginners as well as people with previous experience. The sessions are adapted to your body, your pace, and your current capacity.
You’ll need a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and enough room to move comfortably. A yoga mat is helpful, but not essential. For some breathwork practices, wireless earphones can be useful. You may also want to keep a blanket, cushion, or chair nearby.
Each session is shaped around what’s going on for you at the time. We may practice Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, nervous-system-informed practices, or simple tools you can easily repeat between sessions.
You do not need to be flexible or experienced. The work is not about performing poses, but learning how to move, breathe, and practise in a way that supports your wellbeing. Wherever your body is right now is a good place to begin.
Yes. The Attunement Session gives us space to understand what you’re working with so the practice can be adapted with care. If you have a medical condition or injury, you may also need clearance from your healthcare provider.
Yes, this can be a supportive place to begin. Sessions are calm, practical, and paced with your nervous system in mind. The focus is on building steadiness and capacity rather than pushing through.
