Yoga for You Booking & Package Policy
This page explains how bookings, packages, rescheduling and cancellations work for Yoga for You. We want the process to feel clear and supportive, so you always know what to expect.
Your First Session
Every new Yoga for You client begins with a 60-minute First Session.
You may purchase:
- A First Session on its own
- A First Session with four Practice Sessions
- A First Session with eight Practice Sessions
You will choose your First Session time and complete payment through our online booking journey. Your booking is secured once payment has been completed.
You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and online meeting link.
If your purchase includes Practice Sessions, you may book them through the protected link in your purchase email, although we recommend waiting until after your First Session so that we can agree the most useful rhythm and focus. If you begin with a standalone First Session, you may purchase and book Practice Sessions after completing it.
Your Practice Sessions
If you purchase a package, the included Practice Sessions will be added to your Yoga for You account.
Each confirmed Practice Session booking uses one of your available sessions. Practice Sessions are booked one at a time through the protected booking link provided by Easy Being.
Rescheduling an existing Practice Session does not use another session from your package.
Package Validity
All Practice Sessions included in a package are valid for three months from the original date of purchase. This includes packages purchased together with a First Session.
Any sessions that have not been used within this period will expire.
This timeframe is intended to support a consistent and sustainable rhythm of practice.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting Easy Being.
When a Practice Session is cancelled with sufficient notice, that session will be returned to your available package balance. Its original expiry date will remain unchanged.
Late Cancellations and Missed Sessions
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss a session without notice, the session will normally be considered used.
For a Practice Session, that session will not normally be returned to your available package balance.
We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be considered at Easy Being’s discretion.
Refunds
A standalone First Session or Practice Session cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable payment-processing or administration costs.
Packages are purchased as complete offers and are not normally refundable once the First Session or a Practice Session has taken place.
If you need to cancel an unused package before beginning, please contact us. We will consider the circumstances and confirm the available options.
Expired or forfeited Practice Sessions are not refundable.
Transfers
Bookings, packages and Practice Sessions are intended for the person who purchased them. They are not transferable unless agreed with Easy Being in advance.
If Easy Being Needs to Reschedule
If Easy Being needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a new session time.
If rescheduling is not suitable, a standalone session may be refunded. A Practice Session from a package will be returned to your available package balance and will not be lost.
Technical Difficulties
Yoga for You sessions take place online through Zoom or Google Meet.
If a session cannot take place because of a technical problem on the Easy Being side, it will be rescheduled. Where appropriate, a standalone session may instead be refunded.
If a technical problem occurs on your side, we will do our best to help you reconnect. If a meaningful part of the session cannot be completed, we will work with you to find a fair outcome.
A Supportive Practice
Please let us know before your session about any injuries, medical conditions or concerns that may affect your practice.
Yoga for You is a supportive, body-based practice and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
