Our

Yoga Studio

Our Yoga Studio

in Mbombela

We offer small-group yoga in a calm, boutique studio

Our studio is intentionally small, with only 10 mat spaces available per class.

This helps us keep the classes personal, calm, and supportive — a space where you can move, breathe, learn, and build a steady relationship with your body.

Classes are open to beginners and experienced movers alike.

You do not need to be flexible, strong, or already “good at yoga” to join.

You only need a willingness to explore your body with curiosity and care.

Yoga that supports real life

Our classes are designed to support the way you move, breathe, rest, and respond to everyday life.

Through steady movement, breath awareness, mindful strengthening, mobility work, and slower moments of release, yoga can help you develop a more grounded connection with your body.

~ Gain a steady, easeful relationship with movement ~

We do not see yoga as a performance. We see it as a practice of self-enquiry, self-regulation, and tuning into a healthier felt experience of movement in your body.

A small boutique studio experience

Classes are grounded, accessible, and body-aware.

You can expect clear guidance, options where needed, and a warm, unpressured atmosphere.

Some classes are more active and flowing, while others are slower and more restful.

Our studio has space for only 10 mats.

This is part of what makes the space feel different. You are not one person lost in a large room. There is more room for individual guidance, personal attention, and a sense of familiarity within the group.

Because the classes are small, booking ahead is important. Members are able to reserve their regular mat space in selected weekly classes, while drop-in spaces are available when there is room.

Our smaller setting allows the practice to feel more personal, consistent, and community-based.

Class styles

Hatha + Vinyasa | All-round Practice

A steady, breath-led practice that combines mindful movement, strength, mobility, and flow.

Most of our classes blend elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.

From Hatha, we draw on steady poses, alignment, posture, mobility, and breath awareness.

From Vinyasa, we include flowing movement linked with the breath.

These classes can feel both grounded and gently energising, with options offered so you can adapt the practice to your body and energy on the day.

Yin | Slow Restorative Practice

A slower, quieter practice for deep release, rest, and nervous system settling.

You can expect longer-held, supported positions, gentle breathwork, and elements of myofascial or deep tissue release that invite the body to soften and settle.

Class schedule and membership options

We currently offer four weekly in-person yoga classes, with a mix of evening and early morning options.

Our membership options are designed for people who would like to build a steady weekly practice, while drop-in spaces are available when there is room.

Because we only have 10 mat spaces per class, members are able to reserve their regular mat space in their chosen weekly class or classes.

Please see the schedule and membership options below for our current class times and ways to join.
