All sessions are booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system or via EFT.
After completing online payment, you will be guided to choose a time for your session through our online calendar.
A confirmation email will be sent with your booking details.
For online sessions, the meeting link (Zoom or Google Meet) will be included in the confirmation email.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
If you purchase a package of sessions, these sessions are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions after this period will expire.
This helps keep your practice consistent and ensures availability for others.
We understand that plans may change and life can happen.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.
Refunds may be subject to a small administration or processing fee.
You can reschedule or cancel your session using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or by sending us a Whatsapp Message here.
Providing enough notice allows us to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for a session.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if a session is missed without notice, the session may be considered forfeited.
This policy protects the time that has been reserved for you.
In some cases, and at our discretion, exceptions may be considered for unexpected or emergency situations.
In the unlikely event that Easy Being needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will always be offered either:
• a rescheduled session,
or
• a full refund.
This may include situations such as facilitator illness, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient bookings for a group session or workshop.
We will always aim to communicate any changes as early as possible.
Online sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet.
If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on the Easy Being side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
If technical issues occur on the participant's side, we will do our best to support reconnection where possible.
If a meaningful portion of the session cannot be completed due to technical disruption, we will work with you to find a fair outcome.
For online sessions, please ensure you have:
• a stable internet connection
• enough space to move comfortably
• a quiet environment where you will not be interrupted
For in‑person sessions or events, any relevant location details will be provided in advance.
Participants are responsible for listening to their own bodies and moving at a pace that feels appropriate for them.
If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please let us know before your session.
For workshops or group sessions, specific details (such as timing, location, and any preparation needed) will be shared in advance.
Where applicable, different cancellation windows may apply depending on the nature of the event.
By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
All sessions are offered as supportive, body-based practices. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
